• The times in my life I felt least in control of my time were the times I was least happy and trying most to manage my time. However managing my time better was never the mindset that helped me getting back in the “I’m in control” mindset.

Accepting that we are finite beings means we give up the hope that one day we will be able to fulfill all the to-do items on all of our lists and then be happy. Accepting fear beats overcoming fear.
    • Behind our avoidance strategy lies the belief that once we can satisfy everyone’s expectations we can be happy and less stressed out again. This is wrong because Happiness is never around the next corner.
